The Abundance Real Estate Kick-Off Coaching Program is designed to equip new real estate agents with the knowledge, skills, and support needed to succeed in the competitive real estate market. The program combines comprehensive training, personalized coaching, and ongoing support to ensure agents are fully prepared to excel in their careers.

Program Structure
  • Comprehensive Curriculum: Covers all essential aspects of real estate, including objection handling, buyer and seller communication, contract drafting, listing appointments, buyer consultations, tax management, business planning, and goal setting.
  • Interactive Sessions: Weekly classes held every Tuesday at 10 AM, alternating between in-person and virtual formats. These sessions provide hands-on learning and practical applications.
  • Personalized Support: Coaches review all contracts line by line before they are presented to clients, ensuring agents understand every detail and can make informed decisions.
Cost and Payment
  • No Upfront Cost: Agents do not pay for the program upfront. Instead, 20% of the agent’s gross commission from their first five transactions is allocated to funding the program.
  • Commission Disbursement: Payment is due at closing and outlined on the Commission Disbursement Form. The net amount after the coaching program fee is what company splits are based on.
Team Membership Policy
  • Solo Agents: Must complete the coaching program before joining a team, unless an exception is granted by the Partner Team.
  • Team Members: Responsible for keeping their Team Leader informed of all contracts and transactions. Team Leaders must hold agents accountable for all assignments and teachings in the program.
Support and Accountability
  • Question System: Agents can use a 411/911 system for support. 411 requests get a response within 4 hours, while 911 requests, for urgent issues, are addressed within 30 minutes.
  • Continuous Feedback: Coaches keep Team Leaders informed of accepted offers, and agents are held accountable for applying the program’s teachings in their transactions.
